Having been a global public speaker for more than 35 years, I am accustomed to the challenges of event management. Over the past seven years I have enthusiastically participated in events managed by Linda. These well-attended venues have each been extremely well-organized and executed flawlessly. Linda provided many creative ideas for this meeting and demonstrated her attention to detail when executing them. Every request presented to her was welcomed with enthusiasm. She provided her own touches to improve on them, giving them even more flare. Two obvious examples of this was adding the photo booth to the Monday evening event and creating the atmosphere for the "Spa Day at Merck" during one of the lunches - it was a huge hit!
Linda is very customer focused. She managed the hotel and suppliers perfectly - I was never made aware of any issues and the meeting appeared to run flawlessly. She is also very respected by the entire region - representatives and management see her as a Merck employee.
